This was the worst cake I have ever had in my entire life. It was my 25th birthday, and my parents ordered a Nutella cake from here expecting something special. Unfortunately, the cake was extremely stale, clearly not fresh, and had a very odd, unpleasant smell. A birthday cake is an important part of a celebration, and this one completely ruined the experience. It was shocking that such a cake was delivered, especially for a birthday occasion. This reflects very poor quality control and bad service from Carnival. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh or reliable cakes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
