I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carlitos Attique Goan Cafe and Bar, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience! After a year, the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm ambiance that perfectly encapsulates the Goan spirit. I decided to indulge in some traditional dishes, opting for the sanna and sorpotel. The sanna was incredibly soft and fluffy, just how it should be, and paired perfectly with the rich and spicy sorpotel, which had all the authentic flavors I expected. It was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft, as every bite was bursting with flavor and reminded me of home-cooked meals. To top off the experience . It was refreshing and added a unique twist to my dining experience, making me feel even more connected to the Goan culture. Overall, my visit to Carlitos Attique was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for authentic Goan cuisine in a cozy setting, I highly recommend this place. I can’t wait to return for more delicious food! The place is just behind the wedding venue. We arrived 30-45 minutes after the evening opening time. The ambience was great during my visit and they had the Christmas decor on. To my surprise the place was empty. We were the first ones to arrive that evening. The overall ambience was great to be honest. As for the food and services, they were so-so. Nothing too terrible but despite the low to non existent crowd, the wait time between appetizers and and the main course was a bit too long to my liking. For appetizers, we had fish cones and Mussels (Rawa Fried). Mussels were good. As for the main course, I wanted to order Chicken Steak but it wasn't available at the time so we ordered Chicken Xacuti and Prawns. Both were alright. With Xacuti, you get two Polis. There were plenty of salad dressings with each dish which was good to have. tl;dr great ambience, decent food, services could be improved. Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
