The cafe has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family. The decor is modern and well-maintained. We ordered Chilli Garlic Hakka Noodles:It was perfect and the sauce which they had given made the noodles taste next level. I usually ask for chilli sauce when I order noodles and I was happy when they gave it even without asking for it. Honey Chilli Potato: for my surprise baby potatoes were used but it the right balance of sweet and spicy flavors. Very Berry Strawberry Milkshake: Perfectly sweetened and garnished with fresh strawberries, this milkshake was a delight. Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant: Freshly baked and full of flavor. The cost of dining at Caramelts and Charcoal is reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, quantity and the ambiance. If you need best service in a restaurant, you are visiting the right place. From the time we entered until we left, we were treated like a family. Our table was attended by atleast 5 different people and all of them were down to earth and very caring. We went for buffet dinner and everything was served hot at the table. They kept on checking for more food, offering variety of items and serving as much as we needed. Excellent service and food was delicious too. Best part is that all this is coming at a price of 550₹ per buffet. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been here couple of times , but in recent times the taste of food is drastically changed to the negative side , it doesn’t taste that good but not very bad aswell , deserts all are very good just the Chinese dishes seems very okish for the price the ambience is amazing and u have games to sit and play around and have some very good times with your friends or family’s or even as couples Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Dietary restrictions: U can ask the staff there , they are very helpful to find out your needs
