Water bottle is supposed to be an essential basic facility in every room, but here the reception was asking for extra money even for drinking water, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the room was very dirty and poorly maintained. The behavior of the reception staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They have no manners to talk to guests and no sense of hospitality at all. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
