The most pathetic service. We order food Dal Makhni and paneer. They first served us Dal and then panneer after 15 minutes and finally served us only 2 Roti after 25 minutes of serving Dal and paneer. After complaining they said we have short of Staff. I told them when you have short of Staff you should not take orders. Very bad staff and Manager Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Was at Captain's Cafe on the 5th March 2025 for a cup of Masala Tea n some cake. The place was amazing.... very clean n cozy. Service was excellent. To top it all.... toilets were extremely clean.... the best so far in all the areas that I have travelled in India. Sybase n keep it up. Captain’s cafe served the best breakfast and dinner possible in Palampur. Panner tikka masala, Dal makhani, shakes including chocolates, grilled sandwich and fries are worth trying when you visit the place. The staff, environment, infra makes it a really cozy and good place to have meals.
