I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Captain Sam’s, Sector 67, Mohali. This was my 10th order from them, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst. The pizza was completely pathetic — the base was hard like a rock, making it almost impossible to chew. On top of that, the pizza had a very strange and unpleasant smell, as if the ingredients were not fresh at all. There was no taste, no proper toppings, and the overall quality was terrible. It felt like it had been sitting for hours before being delivered. I’ve been a regular customer until now, but after this experience, I seriously doubt I’ll ever order again. Even after giving them multiple chances, the quality has only gone down over time. This isn’t the standard you expect from a known brand like Captain Sam’s. If you value your money and expect decent food, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this place. It’s just not worth the price or the risk. Pizza is supposed to bring joy — not leave you frustrated and hungry. Very disappointing.
