Calm Down Cafe in Canara Bank Layout is a great spot if you're craving authentic North Karnataka food. The ambiance is simple, clean, and peaceful, making it ideal for a quiet meal. The menu highlights staples of North Karnataka cuisine, and most of the dishes are packed with flavor. We opted for Sainik meals. 2 jowar rotis, 2 curries, curd, chutney pudi & salad. The jolad rotti and chutney pudi stood out for their authenticity and spice. Ennagai could have been better. The However, the puliyogare was a bit of a letdown — felt more of tangy flavour. Olakal chitranna was delicious. Tastes different from the regular chitranna. Mirchi bajji was piping hot and crispy. The staff were friendly. Service was pretty late even though there were hardly any customers. Had to remind them. Cost is quite reasonable considering the location. Would definitely go back to try more.
