    Good food , very bad service. Have had takeaway twice .. one the pastry had a corner missing when I opened it at home .. then ordered a few patties, when I had a look at the bill they had charged service charge … for takeaway ??? The people manning the shop seem to think that people don’t notice them trying to sneak in random charges or bad food .. but all they do is drive away customers .. *** edited to reply below ***. Bill was for 2 tea cakes and 3 chicken patties last week .. i no longer have it .. pastry was from 4 months back, i still remember the disappointment when i took it out and it was only 3/4th present. I’ll come again another time, and depending on charges on bill or items will edit the stars and review. Till then pls review ur service, I could be the next person buying.     Sir my number is 8800842441.. I would love to see the bill where we have charged u service charge. Since the opening of the store around 6 years we have never charged (service charge) to anyone. I have shared my number with you. Waiting for your reply .
