Everything item over here is good but the staff were not not polite at all. Whenever you buy anything they are in mood to force sell you bag. If you buy 2 muffin for that also they won't give you their paper bag they are like forcefully give you their clothes bag. Not happy with this thing.

While the shop provides delicious cakes, today I visited to order cake for new year. A lady in the shop gave the cake selected by me to another customer while I spent 10 mins to even get the attention today. Lady will said she will get another cake without an apology. The manager next to her was the worst advising her to tell me that it will take another 5 mins without apology. If the owner really cares about customer satisfaction, he should provide some good lession for the lady and the manager. Everything should have been recorded. Hope to get a response as I visit this shop quite frequently for the last 3-4 years.
