I ordered 1 Vanilla Tea Cake & 1 Hazelnut Chocolate Brownie, but only received the Vanilla Tea Cake. The brownie was completely missing, and no update or apology from the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a fraud. On top of that, the cake I did receive didn’t even taste fresh or good. I’m totally dissatisfied with this experience. If you care about quality and customer service, avoid ordering from CakeZone Patisserie. Disappointing service and poor food.
