Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered a special anniversary cake, but CakeZone delivered a birthday cake with just an anniversary message slapped on top. It was clear that the cake was not made for the occasion at all. This completely ruined the surprise and spoiled our celebration in front of guests. This kind of careless service is unacceptable, especially for such important events. We trusted CakeZone for a memorable moment, but they failed badly. No proper quality check, no apology, no professionalism. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
