** 0/5 - TERRIBLE Experience! Avoid at ALL COSTS!** I regret ever stepping into this bakery. First, I ordered a butterscotch cake that tasted HORRIBLE—like cheap, artificial flavor mixed with sadness. It wasn’t even set properly, and for ₹400, it was a complete scam! Thinking maybe it was a one-time mistake, I gave them another chance and ordered a chocolate truffle cake at 11 AM, stressing that I needed it by 3 PM. I even warned them about the previous disaster, begging them to make it right. Guess what? I arrived at 3:20 PM, and they hadn’t even FINISHED the cake! The staff shrugged it off, didn’t apologize, and acted like my time (and money) meant NOTHING. Worst customer service ever, unprofessional, and careless. Attaching photos as proof of their pathetic “effort.” Save your money and sanity—RUN from this place. Never. Again. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
