We are beyond disappointed. Despite having a confirmed event today, this team has completely failed to show up or even respond. We’ve been trying to reach them for the past 3 hours, and they have ignored every single call. This level of negligence is absolutely unacceptable, especially when there's a commitment involved. Their lack of responsibility and communication has caused serious disruption and stress on an important day. If you value your time and peace of mind, stay away from this service. Totally unreliable.
