I strongly recommend not visiting this place, and here’s why. Let me start with my recent experience. I visited the shop and took a token for a paneer roll, which costs ₹60, and asked for a parcel. When I reached home and opened the packet, I found that they had given me a paneer puff (₹30) instead of the roll. Disappointed, I walked all the way back to the shop and informed the owner about the mistake. What shocked me was their response — they neither apologized for the inconvenience nor offered any complimentary item for wasting my time. This experience alone was enough to ensure that I will never visit this place again. Apart from this, here are a few other observations: 1. The ambience is extremely poor. The seating area is unhygienic and unpleasant. 2. The staff, including the owner, shows no basic respect towards customers, which was clearly evident from my experience. 3. The food quality is absolutely average and nothing special. I would strongly advise against ordering burgers or pizza here. The burger doesn’t even have a proper patty — it’s just aloo stuffing with tomato. The pizza base is not good, and the toppings are very basic (only tomato, capsicum, onion, and corn). There’s nothing authentic or fancy about it, and it’s definitely not worth the price they charge. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
