I had ordered Death by chocolate cake on 29th December, they said that cake was not available right now so I had to place order for the cake...they were not able to deliver it home so I went back to pick up the cake. The cake was so horrible, the sponge was so dry and it felt like the sponge was stale mayne a day old... everyone threw the cake,nobody ate the cake...very horrible experience with the horrible taste of the cake..I will never buy from there and recommend other not to buy from this shop ever

Very disappointed with their service, i was a regular customer of Cake swaad because of their service before. But today i had booked a cake for my son's birthday with a picture on it. But the service is so poor that they didn't inform until the last moment that the picture was cut is between. Such a lame excuse from their staff, over that they are giving me a discount of 50/- to cover up? Is that 50/- worth ruining my son's birthday celebration??? Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
