Very disappointed with their service, i was a regular customer of Cake swaad because of their service before. But today i had booked a cake for my son's birthday with a picture on it. But the service is so poor that they didn't inform until the last moment that the picture was cut is between. Such a lame excuse from their staff, over that they are giving me a discount of 50/- to cover up? Is that 50/- worth ruining my son's birthday celebration???
