Extremely Disappointing Experience at Cake Studio I recently had the misfortune of visiting Cake Studio, and I must say, it was a shocking experience. I had placed an order for a blueberry cake over the phone, as it was one of the few options available. However, when I arrived at the shop, the reception was empty. When I approached one of the staff members, he seemed completely unaware of my order. He repeatedly questioned me, asking which cake I was referring to, and even suggested that he might not be the person I spoke to. To add insult to injury, he offered me a completely different cake with "I love you Ammu" written on it, which was not what I ordered. The staff member's attitude was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and even used derogatory terms like "podi" and "edi" when speaking to me. When I tried to clarify the situation, he told me to dial the number I used to place the order, implying that I was the one who made the mistake. The level of customer service I received at Cake Studio was unacceptable. The staff member's behavior was unprofessional, and the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Rating: 1/5 stars I would not recommend Cake Studio to anyone based on my experience. There are plenty of other bakeries that value their customers and provide better service.
