I had very worst experience this time. Expectation vs reality. This promised me if I send the picture of cake they will replicate same. And this is what I have got, odd and imitating cake. Manager simply says not experienced staff. This how the franchises come down with inexperienced staff and not maintaining standards. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800

Exactly sir, that was a very bad cake, your concerns are so correct, that is why you need to order at cake square to avoid these, pls order from Cake square. Very worst experience. I ordered a black forest cake for my kid's birthday. It is full of cream. We couldn't eat at all. We never had a such a worst cake in our life. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600
