"I shared a reference cake and asked for a lavender version, and they did an absolutely amazing job! The design was elegant, the details were perfect, and it looked just as beautiful as I imagined. Disappointed with Service and Quality.... I ordered a cake for my son's baptism, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The shop promised that the cake would be ready by 10 AM, but I only received it at 12:30 PM, which caused a lot of inconvenience.Not only was the cake late, but it also looked different from the reference picture I provided. They used different materials, and the finishing was not up to standard. I expected better quality and attention to detail, especially for such an important occasion.I wouldn’t recommend this shop if you need a cake on time and as expected. To clarify, your cake was prepared on time as per the order for 10 AM. However, as you arrived later for pickup, we handed over the cake within 10 minutes of your arrival. Regarding the cross decoration, we used sugar paste instead of acrylic due to a stock shortage, ensuring the best possible alternative. Additionally, the reference cake was 2.5 kg, while your order was 1.5 kg, which naturally resulted in some differences in appearance. Beautiful and convenient ambience service is Appropriate Pizza and Burger tastes soooo good and Yummy A lot more varieties of cakes and Pastries which are actually Budget friendly without compromising the quality .. Must visit cafe in Thrissur Service: Take out Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
