It is very disappointing that the cake you delivered does not match the reference image I provided when placing my order. I specifically selected that design for a reason, and I expected my order to be respected. However, you have given me a completely different design, which is unacceptable. This is not professional behavior and does not meet the standards I expect as a customer. Please take customer requests seriously and make sure to deliver exactly what was requested in the future. I hope you will address this issue and offer a proper solution.
