Can't comment on food as I only had drinks here. Maybe a comment on moong daal would be funny. The ambience is good and I was recommended this by a friend who stays in Mulund. The lower section was empty, everything happened upstairs. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Tiamo Caffe & Bar is located on the main LBS Road and it is easy to find due to its amazing decor and lighting done. This place is indeed a perfect example of 'Don't Judge a Book by its Cover' when it comes to food and service because the moment I entered the restaurant I was sceptical about everything here but by the end of my meal I was amazed and super satisfied. The restaurant is divided into 3 sections. Ground being a cafe setup which needs an urgent makeover, the 1st floor have a lounge feel with nicely lit bar, DJ section and sofa seatings and the 2nd floor is chic casual open air seating with edison bulbs all over. Both upper sections have good sound system and they were playing nice music. The menu here is one of the biggest I have come accross in terms of cuisines offered. They specialise in Indian, Chinese, Mediterranean, Mexican and Italian cuisines. The menu still doesn't confuses you and dishes are nicely selected. Balance of dishes is great for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. Price wise it is at par with similar type of brands and quantity served is perfect. I went here for dinner and the kitchen service was little slow. Manager Vikas suggested great dishes and he knew the menu well. Staff Manoj took great care of the table and he was attentive and proactive. APPETIZERS ~ Paneer Hot Pan - Served in a sizzling pan this had huge fresh pieces of paneer done in light soy sauce along with bell pepper, ginger and garlic. Taste wise excellent as loved the light flavours of the ingredients as they were subtle. The paneer was really soft and it had a light crunchy outer layering too. Chicken Fire Roast - Presented in a unique manner. This was chicken tikka served with salad and chutney. This again tasted really good as the grilling was perfect and the tikka spicy flavour was amazing. The chicken was tender and had the juiciness intact. MAINS~ Veg Kolhapuri - I cannot believe how good this tasted. Mix vegetables done in spicy tomato onion based gravy tasted outstanding. Loved the bold flavours and the veggies were not over done. Had this with roti and butter naan and it was amazing. Chicken Risotto Zafferano - Italian dish with saffron twist. Rice was perfectly done, the sauce tasted creamy and you can feel the touch of saffron in this. The chicken in this added extra punch to this however I would want a little more of veggies. Overall loved this twist. DESSERT~ Sizzling Brownie - Walnut brownie with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream tasted really good and the brownie was moist and fresh. MOCKTAILS~ Door To Heaven. Cinderella. Both the mocktails were refreshing and the taste of the ingredients was evident and both didn't felt artificial. So the meal at Tiamo Caffe & Bar was surprisingly amazing from the start to the end. Every dish from every cuisine tasted brilliant and the service plus the ambiance just made my night perfect.
