Come here for some rest after a long walk around Patwaon-Ki-Haveli. The piquant flavours of Indian and Italian cuisines attract many visitors. Opportunity wasted! Amazing location and ambience of the place (good music, view, and seating), but food was average at best, highly marked up prices for food as well as drinks, and worst part was the service. The main server at the rooftop (for mornings and afternoon) was rude, lethargic and needs to really amp up some cusatomer service basics. There were some nice guys in the night but they came off a bit confused too, and served me the wrong order after some wait. And most hilarious part is that it's a cafe but they don't have a coffee machine? So yeah I couldn't get a good coffee in the morning. (You can get a decent chay or handmade coffee though) So yeah overall no hate but guys come on amp up the hospitality game and don't be lazy! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
