I can honestly say this was the worst food I have ever had in my life. Nothing on the menu tasted fresh or well-prepared. The flavors were bland, the textures were off, and some dishes even felt stale. The presentation was sloppy, and the portion sizes didn’t justify the price at all. To make things worse, the service was indifferent and slow, almost as if they knew the food wasn’t worth serving. I left the restaurant feeling disappointed, frustrated, and absolutely certain that I would never return. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The Butter Chicken was rich and bursting with delicious spices, and the tender chicken pieces were cooked to perfection. However, I was slightly disappointed with the Chicken Fried Rice. While the dish had a good taste overall, the rice used was not basmati, which was a letdown. As a fan of authentic Indian cuisine, I was expecting the fragrant and fluffy basmati rice that usually accompanies Chicken Fried Rice. The use of a different type of rice affected the texture and aroma of the dish. On the bright side, the food was well-packaged. The restaurant's menu offers a decent variety of dishes, and the portion sizes were satisfying. In summary, Cafe Quench offers flavorful dishes, especially the Butter Chicken, but they should consider using basmati rice for their Chicken Fried Rice to stay true to the authentic Indian taste. Despite this setback, I would be willing to give them another chance in the future, hoping to experience an improved version of their Chicken Fried Rice and exploring more of their enticing menu.
