I had quite a nice time here. I had new flavour of ice-cream that is chilly. I loved that a lot. That was the complete fusion of spiciness and cooling effect. Other foods are also good. The staff members are friendly. They had this amazing decorum.

Cafe Thancos was on my to-visit list for a very long time owing to their natural ice creams, so we decided to go all-in during our visit. We tried Tender Coconut, Paan, Belgian Walnut and Choco Chips - they were all great. Though, they started out with ice creams, it's now a full-fledged cafe. You get to have pizza, sandwich, burger, frankie, pasta, tea, coffee, shake, or healthy options such as salad, protein shake, and, not to forget, the many-many-many flavours of ice creams.

They accept order and payment via a certain mobile app(not naming) while you are in the cafe. As I was a regular user of it, I placed my order using the app. Even after 20-25 minutes no one came with our ice cream scoops, and on inquiring the waiter I found that they haven't yet checked our online order. On complaining, he gave us a lame excuse that very few customers place order this way. Why support a service when you don't care to use it properly?
