The service was incredibly slow, with long wait times for both seating and receiving our orders. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, often forgetting our requests and needing multiple reminders. The overall attitude of the servers was lackluster, lacking warmth and genuine hospitality. Additionally, the food quality did not make up for the poor service, as some dishes were overcooked and bland.
