I recently visited café RUBIX and my experience was quite disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of the counter person. After ordering and paying for our drinks, my friends and I sat down to enjoy them. However, shortly after, the counter person rudely approached us and asked us to get up and leave, claiming we were occupying the table for too long, even though the café was not crowded and there were plenty of empty seats available. The way they handled the situation was entirely unprofessional. There was no polite request or explanation—just a blunt demand for us to leave. This lack of courtesy and hospitality made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. Such behavior is unacceptable and severely impacts the customer experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future patrons are treated with the respect and kindness that every customer deserves. Food: 3
