One of the pathetic registered cafe on Swiggy and Zomato and the owner is more pathetic, I have ordered couple of things from cafe London thru Swiggy like Momos, White sauce pasta and cold coffee, just after ordering I have called also to make sure they send the required cutlery to eat and drink, call was answered by the owner and he assured later when I received my order I found the packaging was third class first of all, it’s like street vendors do the packing with local panni and momos were covered by paper bag no steel foil nothing, then I tried to find fork to eat pasta and I was surprised they haven’t sent the fork to eat pasta as well as no straws to drink cold coffee, now imagine I have ordered this to my work place to surprise someone and what a great surprise cafe London has given to them, we didn’t had pasta nor we had cold coffee as it was also wrapped with taped all around that you can’t even open it if you don’t have seasor or knife with you, well Kurkure momos was good, however I have decided to call the owner as the experience got spoiled, so the owner started defending themselves by saying that “kya hua, fork hi toh nhi bheja or toh sb their tha, same for straw he said mene toh call krke bola tha restaurant unhone nahi dala hoga” this kind of answer do a customer expect?? What’s the problem here is the person who’s operating his cafe from home, he know nothing about service industry, they are living on their parents money, for them that’s normal to eat pasta without cutlery and drinking cold coffee without straw. Owner was so so rude and very arrogant, I’m taking this issue up and I make sure I’ll sue them.Thanks
