I visited this restaurant and ordered a pizza. Despite waiting for a long time, the pizza didn't arrive. Every time we asked at the reception counter, they kept saying, 'Just 2 more minutes.' This went on for 45 minutes, and even then, they said the pizza was just being cut. Only after we insisted, they told us it would take 4 more minutes. The service here is very poor, they take a lot of time, and they aren't honest about when the order will actually be ready.
