We had multiple meals here over a span of 6 days since we were staying next door, and every food item was great. Especially loved the paneer butter masala, mushroom masala and ginger lemon honey tea. The staff is very friendly. The cafe is surrounded by trees and a view of the mountains. In the evenings, it can get a bit windy and cold so carry a jacket with you! Lazy monk travel cafeBhagsunag, Mcleodganj, HPThis cafe is situated just with combination of "Himtrek" (Triund trekking) starting point.[So, as a start and end point of my trekking, I visited the cafe twice]Location: Google map provides fair location. Likely you won't need to ask for direction, just follow the map. However you might have to walk a long (around 20 minutes uphill, with your luggage if you are reaching by foot from Bhagsu mall area OR you can take your car or two-wheeler there where they have an area for parking {in association with Himtrek})Ambience: quite beautiful. Surrounded by big tall trees .Even in hot summer, you can have some shelter there.Design: cafe is relatively small in size however, it's nicely decorated. Gives a good feel about the place.Food quality:Tea taste is fine.Noodles could have been much better.Staff behaviour:Quite good and helpful. Even the denial sounds kind and respectful.Other activities:Volleyball playing areaArchery equipmentOutside Sittu area for tea/snacksCampsCamps: usual camps (Quecha), not Swiss ones. Shared bathroom facilities. All fine but price felt a bit high compared to high altitude camps.Bathroom: common shared one3 for female and 3 for men.Overall value for money: 8/10 (cost can be reduced a bit, specially for camping ️)
