My Honest Experience (Visited Yesterday)Pros:The service was quite good.The mixed sauce pasta was absolutely delicious.Cons:I had specifically requested an outdoor seating area while booking, but upon arrival, they mentioned that some maintenance work was in progress and couldn’t accommodate us outside. That was honestly a mood spoiler.The coffee was extremely disappointing — too watery and didn’t taste like coffee at all.Even after requesting a fix, they just added an espresso shot with a bit of milk, but it still wasn’t any better.To top it off, they charged around ₹400 for that same coffee.We ordered 2 coffees and 1 pasta, and the total bill came to ₹1,950 — nearly ₹2,000 for just three items. The food quality was okay, but the pricing felt quite unreasonable.Also, we didn’t ask for water, yet they served it in glasses and billed us for it as well.

Had the most horrible service experience, even after making a reservation, was made to wait and then the table was given to a walk in while I am standing and waiting. Extremely unprofessional, the manager Rohit was not even apologetic and the lady at the front desk Newmai had no manners. She started arguing back saying that my reservation was for 3 and she has given the table to a group of 2 adults and 2 children which makes them a larger group even though there is a reservation! Horrible is an understatement on the staff behavior. Never had such a experience.

The seating space is very small even the entire cafe sitting is very small . It is cafe de flora but has no real flowers. Although food was nice
