**What a place!** This hidden gem, Cafe Da Casa (CDC), is truly underrated and still waiting to be discovered! Situated on a rooftop near Ruchi Medical in Gangtok, this newly opened restaurant offers an incredible experience. We were blown away by the variety on their menu, especially their **Loaded Signature Noodles**—a perfect 10/10! The freshly prepared classic pizza was equally delightful, and the refreshments were spot on. We highly recommend CDC and can’t wait to visit again soon. Kudos to the amazing team and owner!
