On Aug 13, 2024, I went to cafe Coffee Day at Galleria Mall in Hitech City. I ordered an Assam Teapot, Herbal Teapot, and Spicy Mozzarella. The teas were good, but I found a hard object in the Spicy Mozzarella, which was really unpleasant. Additionally, although the reviews said the place closed at 10:30pm the staff told me to leave by 9:30 pm It was a frustrating experience.
