We went to this cafe coffee day on last Thursday. We waited for about 20 minutes patiently and then we had to ask for the menu. No staff was bothered about the people sitting there. After we got the card we ordered for the coffee we wanted. It was served on a very dirty, shabby, sticky tray with wet, coffee stained tissues and sugar sachets. It was too annoying to ask for tissues or sachets. We were too disappointed. All in all, in spite of having nice ambience, staff need to learn proper hospitality.
