poor quality food. ordered chicken mandi. the chicken was not good and the rice was very cold and didn't taste good at all. over-all was a waste experience. Not ordering from there ever again

you missed to put mayo in shawarma... I don't know whether it's kept separate. but it was not in the package

We ordered mini burger,lime and tender coconut shake. The overall place was a "thattikutt" setup annu. I had a disappointing experience at Cafe Pachila. The mini burger was quite underwhelming – the bun seemed stale, like it was two days old, and while the broasted chicken was okay and crispy, the addition of cheese was unexpected. The service left much to be desired, as the waiters were more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers or taking orders promptly. The tender coconut was a letdown – it wasn’t sweet at all, and I was unnecessarily given sugar pieces and condensed milk. To make things worse, the lime wasn’t even chilled.
