Their customer service is very bad! The lady at the billing counter was so rude! I ordered idli and they didn't serve for half an hour, I had to go back to my class so I asked them to parcel and that lady had the audacity to scream at me so rudely despite it being their mistake for making it late. Even with so much delay they gave cold idlis they were not even heated! Such a disgusting experience!
