Serve needs to improve a lot; waiters are inattentive and response time is slow. We even witnessed a verbal fight between the casher and kitchen staff! Tea served was cold and samosa was pathetic. Buns, salad bhaji, poori - mix bhaji was really very nice and authentic. The main course items are highly priced - a distinct disadvantage of the place which keeps diners away. If they work upon the right pricing of main course and the service part, the place can do wonders. Breakfast pricing is apt. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Samosa, Goan Bhaji Puri, Salad Bhaji, Puri and Mix Bhaji Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Not sure

Unfortunately, my experience at Cafe Bappa was far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to customers' needs. Moreover, it's baffling how they manage to consistently run out of menu items. Every time I visit, there's always something unavailable. It's frustrating and reflects poorly on the management's planning. I had high hopes for this place, but sadly, it fell short of expectations. I won't be returning anytime soon.
