I came in on the 23rd morning and there were two people at the counter. One person got my items while the boy at the counter tallied my bill manually despite a system in front of him. He charged me Rs. 460 which while i felt was high - I just paid it. When his colleague asked him to check again - he then said oh sorry its Rs. 300. I told them you can refund the balance via Gpay - they said nothing ( no apology) and I left. No one came behind me despite my car being very close to the entrance. Later, when I messaged the cafe to ask for my refund they told me that I had to come in person and take it in cash( this despite the fact that i told them that i didn't stay in Panjim ). I told them that it wasn't possible and the owner ( I assume ) said there was nothing they could do. Really bad service and very inconsiderate people - I definitely will never go again and I hope they use my money to train their staff better.
