A Mixed Experience at Cafe 17. I've been a regular for over a year now, and my experience has been a mixed bag. While they offer an impressive variety of dishes, from Chinese and Indian cuisine to pizza and espresso, their consistency and service leave much to be desired. Food Quality: A Mixed Bag. The food quality is inconsistent, with some dishes being outstanding while others fall short. Their Chinese and Indian offerings are generally good, but their pizza is a letdown. I've tried their pizza on multiple occasions, hoping that it would improve, but unfortunately, it remains a disappointment. Beverage Section: Room for Improvement. The beverage section, particularly the cold coffee, has been a major letdown. I had ordered it sometime back, and it was awesome. However, my recent experience was horrible. The coffee tasted like milk with a hint of coffee and was filled with melted ice, making it flavorless. Service: Slow and Unresponsive. The service is slow and unresponsive. Every time I've tried to reach them, they've taken a long time to attend to my needs. This lack of attention to customers is disappointing and makes the overall experience less enjoyable. A Year of Excuses. I've been loyal to for over a year, despite the inconsistencies. However, the excuse that their main chef is on holiday has been repeated for far too long.
