This is the worst restaurant experience of my life. Yesterday, we ordered chicken keema through Zomato, and it fell on the way inside the container. We informed the delivery boy and called customer care. They said the refund would be processed within 24 hours, but we still haven't received it. The restaurant isn't picking up calls, and customer care is unavailable, no reply, no response. Also, the owner of the restaurant is extremely rude.

The biryani was very bad quality and it was not dum biryani . The rice was overcooked and mushy, and the chicken was dry and lacked flavor. It didn’t have the rich aroma or spices as we expect from good biryani. Definitely not worth the money. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
