I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Cream Stone Guntur. We placed an order for a large-sized ice cream, but what we received was a much smaller portion than promised. To make matters worse, there was no dry ice or proper packaging provided, which is highly unprofessional for a brand of this scale. By the time we reached home, the entire ice cream was completely melted and diluted, making it unfit for consumption. This kind of careless service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility and customer care. This has been a truly bad experience and I expected far better from Cream Stone. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures this doesn’t happen to others.
