"The cake was okay, but the customer service was very disappointing. The staff was not responsive and did not handle customer queries properly. Needs improvement."

Mam, did you order direct through shop or online platform????If you have ordered on online platform through swiggy or Zomato then don't give feedbacks on direct shop. Online platform orders made in separate kitchen.
