I saw a little opening between the buildings with some great painting and a sign for Cafe on the ganga. At some point, I thought maybe the restaurant didn’t exist, but in fact friendly, hello, came from my right, and I walked through to this beautiful outdoor deck looking over the incredible river. I was lucky enough to catch the chanting from the temple across the river when I first arrived. After they put on Some lovely Beatles music. I had a simple late meal of a wonderful juice, consisting of pomegranate, watermelon and lemon, and then moved on to a delicious Veg Thenthuk Soup (pasta and veg with that lovely Thai flavour) plus one butter naan. More than enough. The staff let me sit and enjoy the evening for as long as I’d like. I may be back tomorrow.
