Whoever had the idea of having tea with Calva masala (oyster ) in the morning is a genius. Overlooking the mandovi river lies a small humble restaurant called Cafe Devata. There I had Calva Masala with pav .honestly it was one of the best sea food breakfast I ever had in my life what an amazing experience. Quick and efficient Service thanks to Sairaj .
