Dine-In Complaint Message: I ordered a burger with a drink while dining in, but I was served a burger with softy instead. I asked for cancellation, but no one responded or helped. This is not acceptable — it’s my order, my choice, and I’m paying for what I selected, not what you decide to serve. If a drink was not available, you should have informed me immediately, not replaced it without asking. Please take responsibility for this mistake and either serve the correct item or adjust the bill accordingly. This kind of service is disappointing, especially for dine-in customers.

Its been more than an hour since I placed the order, no updates or response till now, tried to call the restaurant number but its not active. The support chat in the burger king app is useless. They just took the money and no whereabouts about my food. Service: 1
