I had ordered food Online through Swiggy from this branch and everything was pathetic.I thought may be it's issue happening only in Hyderabad but no...from which ever branch of burger king you order online it will get delivered in same way damn cold....no freshness nothing....Burger King requesting you to look into this matter. Brand quality is degrading day by day specially for people who are ordering it online. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

Hi On 30th Nov we went to burger king and ordered Burgers worth of 784 rs and did a phone pe but as per the people there it's not credited. They said it's not our issue and it will be credited in 24 to 48 hrs. So, i again transferred the money. Lavanya gave her number to contact if amount not credit back. I messaged her next day thru wats app she said she escalated the issue to account department. I contacted phone pe support and received a msg stating amount credited to burger king twice. When I am calling or messaging lavanya she not even responding. Worst sevice.

Dear Burger King, Today we had faced a issue with the branch at asilmetta near RTC complex, around at 5:30 PM evening my family went to buy some burgers to your shop.we are in queue to give our order ,while our turn came the billing person miss lavanya having a name on the badge is very rude and harsh behaviour , She taking the order of the next person after us . When we ask why are u taking the order of the next person of us , she replied very rude and harshly telling that go to next counter or get out of the shop. So kindly check the CCTV Footage. Almost every week we visit your shop and spend some time with the family . So for your information she (miss lavanya)may repeat it. So kindly provide good and respectable hospitality for all the customers. From the day you opened the store we are visiting . Store address Burger King, At asilmetta near RTC complex, Visakhapatnam.
