Very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. The staff was extremely unprofessional; constantly chatting among themselves and with people who didn’t even appear to be staff. The whole restaurant was filled with loud noise and unnecessary chatter while customers were waiting. The self-service kiosks weren’t working, the AC wasn’t working, and to make things worse, I was pressured to pay with cash even though I clearly wanted to pay by card. Only after asking to see the manager was I told that the card machine was “on charging” which made no sense since there were two other machines working. Poor customer service, uncomfortable environment, and misleading excuses. This place seriously needs better management and staff training. Actually I wanted to order through self serve order menu. Two employees came to me . I thought they are helping us but they are confusing you for order . I want to order meal ( including burger , regular friend, small coke) but two guys want to helping me but they were lying for coke not available but when I saw machine was working condition they are serving to other customer. But they were forcing order other staff. Over the meal. I wss mad and i order same meal my self . It was working . They were scaming me for order more. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
