Extremely Disappointed with the Service at Burger King I had a terrible experience during my recent visit. The order took an unreasonably long time to arrive, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. I had ordered two medium burgers, but received one small instead — completely unacceptable. On top of that, the Coke Float was inedible — it was completely ruined. For a brand like Burger King, this level of service is shocking. The staff clearly needs better training in both efficiency and customer interaction. I expect a much higher standard and will definitely reconsider coming back. Original Taste, Less spicy. As they claim to use no added flavours, colours etc. Location is good in Shankar Nagar, but avoid on four wheelers during peak hours. More salads in burger and wraps than other competitors. Staff are very polite, proactive and caring specially with the kids. Recently organized birthday party for my sons and their friends. All loved it and had a very good time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Chicken Burger Meal Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
