Pathetic service. U can see the veggie delight burger shown in the picture n the one actually received. No tomato no onion and barely any lettuce (mind that the lettuce wasn't fresh it was mix of stale and fresh lettuce which made it harder to sort out). Never order food from here. They're a literal scam. They take ketchup sachets home instead of sending u some even though you're paying AND making a request for it BECAUSE you know they usually forget. A mistake happening multiple times isn't a mistake now, is it? Their app is never functional it'll always show delivery service unavailable at your location at the moment irrespective of whatever location u select. And zomato contact support is a big joke. They'll always say they'll give feedback to the restaurant even though same thing is happening over and over again. They won't even allot u a support executive. Burger King was the top food chain choice for me but I'll never get anything from there again. This is utterly pathetic, thank you burger king for ruining my time and tastebuds. Keep the ketchup to urself nobody wants that cheap stuff we can just eat the burger dryy!! Also I've been to their outlet a few times. There will always be beggers barging into the restaurant with no staff paying attention. Orders r delayed, there's flies inside the store n the staff doesn't do anything but stand somewhere in the corner while customers r crowding at the counter to pick up their orders n place new ones.
