This restaurant is a good pit stop on the expressway with clean washrooms and friendly staff. There is a good amount of free parking space and there is adequate seating as well. This is a good Burger King experience overall. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Bad Experience here... I have attached the photo with the invoice so as to prove that I was here. I don't know why BK has opened this here if they are not able to do justice to their brand. 1. Drive-Thru not operational. 2. AC inside not working. 3. French Fries soggy. 4. Cold Americano takeaway did not have a fitting cap. Took it without the cap itself. 5. Manager not available... I think the person was there but the staff said that the Manager was out of the restaurant. 6. Mutton patty was dry... not juicy at all. Infact I could see that they supply frozen patties with grill marks in place to make a fool out of the customers. 7. Asked the lady on the counter to out half a sachet of sugar... she did not even hear and poured the entire sachet... and didn't even apologize... she started blaming another colleague of hers. I, finally, took the food, sat in my car and ate. And forget about any understanding of service-recovery. Sad... very sad! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
