Usually it's not the case , but today I ordered two veg burgers in midnight around 2 am , and wow they have delivered me a parcel of chicken nuggets..... I'm totally vegetarian yet I've recieved chicken nuggets which compromises with my dignity and respect for my food. "Dear Burger King Team, I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience. At 2:37 PM, I ordered a BK Veggie Burger and a Crispy Veg Burger, which was supposed to take 40-45 minutes to deliver. However, when I inquired about the order status, I didn't receive any updates or responses from your staff. As a paying customer, I expect timely service and communication. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. Given the poor service, I'm concerned about the overall quality of experience. It was disgusting. There were a ton of insects everywhere. The service was very slow. Do not recommend. Insects were crawling down our necks. Horrible.
