Don’t go there late at night I had the worst experience. I saw things I really wish I hadn’t. The place was an absolute mess. RIP hygiene and cleanliness. The burger was cold, and then the power went out, so even the cold drink machine stopped working. I ended up with a cold burger in my hand and no drink. They had no backup at all. There was no manager in sight, and it felt like no one was in control of what was going on in that filthy place. The staff was rude too, probably because they were under a lot of pressure and very few workers on shift. They were overloaded with online orders from Swiggy and Zomato. So many delivery guys were standing right in front of the counter, it was complete chaos. I just wish online customers could see how their food is being packed, I swear they’d never order again. Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst experience with the broad in metro city, been waiting for a simple burger from 3 hours l. Team kept telling lies the order is in the way, their delivery partner refused to to deliver it. If that's the way hou deal with the customer so, it's better you should just pack up your stuff and close the franchise so, people like us won't have to depend on you to eat. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

"It’s disappointing to experience such unprofessional behavior from the staff at Burger King. It seems they are not trained to communicate politely with customers.
